Play of the Year Festival 2016/17
NOTTINGHAM AND NOTTINGHAMSHIRE DRAMA ASSOCIATION
Dear Member,
Our 2016/2017 season is about to start and many of you will already be in rehearsal for your first production.
Entries for the new competition can now be received and I look forward to another bumper crop. Last year we had a record 24!
Having kept the entry fee stable for quite a few years we think it time for a small increase, so the new fee will be £65.00 per entry.
A few of our most experienced adjudicators have got their heads together and brought our marking system and awards up to date. We hope you approve!! PLEASE READ THE RULES AND ATTACHMENTS. The Special Mention Certificates which were introduced at this year's awards night will be awarded again as they were very successful.
Can I restate that PHOTOCOPIED scripts are not acceptable unless the play is out of print, when a copy of permission to photocopy must be attached to your entry.
Photocopies of original or unpublished works are allowed.
Again, please give yourselves time to acquire the relevant paperwork before sending in your entry
