This is a long shot but I hope that you may be able to help me.
My name is Damien West and I am a Station Manager with Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service.
I have been tasked by my line manager to see if I can acquire the skills of some actors to assist in the selection processes for our future supervisory managers in the future. I previously worked in Derbyshire FRS and often had Drama students from the University assist us, however I am now looking to do the same in Nottinghamshire.
We have an exciting opportunity and require actors to play out scenarios that will challenge our aspiring managers; these are mainly based around managerial scenarios where the individual needs to 'manage' the situation and resolve it to the best of their ability in a scenario lasting approximately 20 minutes. The scenarios are held during office hours over five days with each scenario requiring one or two actors and a maximum of two scenarios running at one time. These will be hosted in Nottinghamshire at a location to be confirmed.
The next session I am looking to organise will not be until about October 2014, however I thought I would contact now to see if this is feasible or you could assist?
