AGM Invitation 2016

To: The Secretary and members of all constituent groups and individual members.
Dear Colleague,
You are cordially invited to attend the Association's 67th Annual General Meeting to be held at 6.30pm on Sunday 31st January 2016 at West Bridgford Dramatic Society's Studio, Stamford Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham, NG2 6UK.
The routine business of the meeting will be the nomination of Officers of the Association and members of the Executive Council, and your attention is drawn to the following procedure.
"Each group in membership of the Association shall be entitled to nominate one representative to serve on the Executive Council. The Hon Secretary, on giving notice of the A.G.M. shall provide a list of those serving on the Executive Council and invite resignations and/or nominations for replacements."
Nominations should be sent to the Hon Secretary, prior to the start of the A.G.M. In all cases persons should be approached in advance for their approval. Although only one representative of each constituent group may vote at the AGM, any number of members may attend and are welcome to join the discussion.
May I make a plea for groups to take advantage of this invitation? It is not necessary to attend every monthly meeting but the Association welcomes new ideas and opinions.
