HW questioned whether it would be possible for the adjudicator to be paid in instalments rather than one lump sum at the end of the year. He suggested for next year's competition, that the adjudicator could put in an interim claim at the end of January. Expenses for this year's competition had been greater because of the increased number of plays and the greater distances travelled because of the Leicestershire groups. BF suggested a separate fund for expenses. JW will produce two forms, for expenses and adjudication fee to be used next year.
4 FESTIVALS
a)Play of the Year 15/16 and Dinner
24 plays have now been entered. There is a new trophy, from an anonymous donor, for best supporting actress. The Dan Shaw trophy will be awarded to best actor in a supporting role.
HW noted that some trophies will have to be re-named to go with the new marking scheme next year. Details to be decided at a later date.
LW has an appointment at the beginning of June to discuss the final details of the dinner with the Crowne Plaza staff.
b) One Act Festival / AETF
RW said that, after a recent meeting, AETF had decided not to make changes to the existing county groupings because they felt that Notts might choose to return at some point in the future and because we had chosen to maintain contact through continuing membership of AETF.
West Bridgford Dramatic Society who had come second in the semi final and been awarded the David Campion Cup had, unfortunately, lost the trophy. They had replaced it and AETF had thanked them for this.
c)Youth Festival
JW thanked all those who had helped on the day. It had been a successful event with seven entries. The only downside was that one of the entries from the Lace Market Youth had overrun by more than 5 minutes and had been disqualified. The actors in the play had been kept in the competition but the play was not eligible for any award. John Dodd from Dean Hole school had congratulated NANDA on a successful competition. Jean Lebeter had emailed the groups who had entered, highlighting the issues raised and asking for views on the venue. There was a discussion on the relative merits of Friesland School and Chilwell. HW noted that the pricing structure for entry to the event was confusing.
5 NEW ACTIVITIES
Maggie Andrew had offered to organise a playwriting competition. Further discussion on this will be delayed until the forum.
6 THEATRE LUNCHEON
Various names were discussed LW and JW will pursue these.
7 MEDIA REPORTS
GP will ask Gareth Morris to send Lace Market information to the NANDA facebook page

9 AOB
LW said that it was now not possible for groups to get sets of plays out of the Library free of charge. The service had moved to Lenton and was being run by Leicestershire. There was now a charge of £50 - whether this was a yearly fee or per loan was not known. HW and LW will find out more details
