6 NEWSLETTER/WEBSITE
There is now an index on the website to show who has been visiting the website. It was suggested that the request for a PR person to promote NANDA, as discussed at the last meeting, be put on the website and Facebook page.
HW reported that 14 groups were actively participating and the NANDA page had 150 "likes". He noted that some Facebook managers were not using the NANDA page to promote their shows to a wider audience and said that he would contact managers to remind them of the benefits of using NANDA's page.
There was a general discussion about the benefits to members of holding a Facebook workshop. It was agreed to hold a course for up to 20 in the new year; the course would be free of charge and be held on a Saturday morning and should be aimed at a range of abilities.
JW will send out an invitation to all Secretaries and Chairmen.
MR will compile a glossary of terms.
HW, LW, MR will arrange the programme, depending on the responses from groups.

7 CORRESPONDENCE /AMENDMENTS TO MEMBERSHIP
Five groups have not renewed: Robin Hood, Spotlight, Prospect, Dukeries and Chilwell.

8 AOB
MS said that Notts CC had invited NANDA to become friends of Notts Archives at a cost of £25 p.a. He recommended we decline. Agreed
LW reported on the Bonington theatre. A new theatre manager, David Popple, had been appointed. As the pool was closed until February 2014, there had been no footfall in the centre and hence no chance to advertise shows to a wider audience
