PRESENT Joan Wildgust (Chairman), Christine Davison (Secretary), Neil Mackintosh (Treasurer), Mike Stewart, Linda Whitehurst, Howard Whitehurst, Jack Barrett

2 MINUTES AND MATTERS ARISING. - The minutes of the previous Council Meeting held on Tuesday 18th September had been circulated and these were signed as a correct record.
The directors' course, held in September, had gone well. There had been a good attendance, the participants had enjoyed it and benefitted from the experience. As some people had expressed an interest but had been unable to make the dates, it is possible that another course may be held in early 2013.
SHUG - The chairman said that she had not yet sent a letter to Rushcliffe Borough Council, in response to the plans for Stanford Hall, but would do so soon.
Archive - Mike Stewart reported that he and Roy Ainscough had visited the archive in search of the missing minutes from the late 60's to the early 70's: nothing had been found yet, but they would continue searching.
