Co-op ARTS THEATRE in 1986

This unique Theatre is renowned in Amateur Dramatic and Operatic Circles and is owned by the Greater Nottingham Co-operative Society Ltd., as part of its policy for encouraging cultural and artistic activities in the City.
Performing to an increasingly-wide public audience, its members are invited to take part in all of the varied activities of the Theatre - Plays, Operas, Musicals, etc. There is also a wide range of opportunity in the Technical Groups - Wardrobe, Staging, Properties, House Management, Catering, all of which are the essential background to the successful mounting of a very full programme.
The Theatre also provides special groups for the younger members, under the guidance of qualified tutors.
