The chairman announced that, since the last AGM, Edna Theobald, a NANDA vice president, had passed away. There are now four vice presidents.

7ANY OTHER BUSINESS
SHUG (Stanford Hall Users'Group)
Roy Ainscough reported that there was more optimism. Although there was still resistance to the theatre being reinstated as a working theatre, others were more supportive. There will be a meeting on 26th February to organise support; he urged NANDA members to offer their support
BONINGTON THEATRE
Linda and Howard Whitehurst reported that the refurbishment of the theatre was progressing well. The interior, upper foyer and bar were fully functioning. The theatre had a new entrance and an experienced theatre manager had been appointed. However due to ongoing work with the leisure centre, there was less footfall, so more publicity was needed for shows.
Roy Ainscough congratulated the council and expressed delight at NANDA's success.
The Chairman thanked the officers of the council for their hard work and thanked West Bridgford Dramatic Society for their hospitality and warm welcome.
There being no other business, the meeting ended at 7.20pm.
